Catalyst Therapist - Master’s Degree and
Licensure in Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and
Family Therapy, must have at least 3-5 years experience minimum. Licensed therapist to provide services for juvenile
sexual offender treatment services.Therapist must meet the requirements to practice juvenile sexual
offender therapy by the Department of Juvenile Justice Section.
CCE Case Aide - High School diploma or GED Certificate. Experience in a social service agency and/or with elders
is preferred.Excellent organizational

Manager- Education:
A four-year bachelor’s degree in social sciences or other related
fields.Other directly related
education or experience may be substituted for all or some of these basic
requirements upon approval of the Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas,
Inc.
Experience:Prior case management experience is helpful
but not necessary, as would be experience in working with the elderly. Meeting with clients to accurately and rapidly assess
the client’s needs, limitations and abilities (within 72 hours of referral on
APS high risk clients and CARES referrals), using form 701b, Comprehensive Assessment
to determine specific program funding and services.
COP Access
Clinician- Education: Master’s degree preferred, but Bachelor’s
degree with several years experience in related field required. Experience: Skills required include basic
counseling, case management, clinical documentation, and computerskills. Ensures program objectives are met by completing CGAS
score and scaling score at Intake and completing a CGAS score for those
clients in medication maintenance every six months.Discussing with supervisor any client that
is not meeting the program objectives.
Front Desk
Billing Liaison- Requires H.S.
Diploma or GED Certificate with 2 years experience working in a billing
environment with Medicaid/Medicare and private insurance or Graduate of a
billing and coding program.Requires a
minimum of four years of experience in front and back office procedures
preferably in a high volume customer service physician’s office, medical
clinic, or hospital setting. Responsibilities include: coordinating the
processing and balancing of cash deposits, verifying of client insurance
information, updating insurance information in practice management system,
collecting and verifying income and support documentation as required,
processing of client demographic and billing information.Must be able to work in a high-stress
environment and have the ability to multi-task.Must be able to work with persons with mental
illness.
Grant Writer - Bachelor’s Degree in
public health, social science, or other related field. Experience: A related
experience and proven track record in grant writing. Demonstrated program development,
evaluation and budgeting experience is required as well as general knowledge
of health care systems. The candidate must be proficient in research and
analyzing diverse data and possess the ability to work collaboratively and
independently.

Information Systems Manager-
Experience: 5 years working directly with customers/clients, 2 of which must
be supervisory. At least 3 years experience in
medical records management experience and skills in Health Information
systems work in a mental health setting (including HIPAA regulations). Knowledge of medical records analyzing, coding,
processing techniques and standards. Knowledge of
medical records guidelines and regulations, including but not limited to
mental health and substance abuse regulations. Demonstrate
knowledge of medical and psychiatric terminology. Excellent
customer service skills; Good computer knowledge and skills; Able to handle
multi-tasks simultaneously; Able to direct and take direction; Able to change
and implement procedures.
Medical
Assistant- We are currently seeking
a Part-time Medical Assistant to join our team!Must have at least 6 months pediatrics exp. Work as an assistant to the Medical Director,
other doctors and ARNPs as they perform medical
evaluations of children. Maintain a very organized
tracking and filling system. Prepare the children
and their families for the exam process including providing information,
comfort, emotional support, and physical preparations before, during and after
the exams. (Hours
are determined as needed as well as on an on-call base.)
Part-Time

Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner - (Adult and Children based
programs) Graduation from an accredited ARNP program and a license as an
ARNP, experience two years of clinical experience. Performs
medication checks, evaluating needs for and appropriateness of medication,
evaluating progress on medication and assessing presence of side effect.
Completes documentations in a timely manner, and includes all pertinent
information relating to clients and their care. Provide adequate education to
clients so that they are able to provide fully informed consent for
treatment.
