Adult Integrated Services Therapist (Licensed)
Education: Graduation from an accredited graduate school with a Master’s degree in clinical social work. (LCSW). Experience: Understanding of the special problems and treatment of consumers with mild to severe mental illness. . Primary responsibilities includes: Manages and coordinates delivery of all mental health services for assigned adult clients; coordinates between medical and non-medical service providers; makes appropriate referrals to center service components and to community agencies.

Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner-(ARNP)
Graduation from an accredited ARNP program and a license as an ARNP, experience two years of clinical experience. Performs medication checks, evaluating needs for and appropriateness of medication, evaluating progress on medication and assessing presence of side effect. Completes documentations in a timely manner, and includes all pertinent information relating to clients and their care. Provide adequate education to clients so that they are able to provide fully informed consent for treatment.

ARNP Sexual Assault Victim Examination
Education: Training and diploma as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. Licensure: Must hold a Florida license as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. Experience: Knowledge or training in the area of sexual assault and crisis intervention. Excellent organizational skills; detailed oriented and computer competent. Must have personal automobile and meet agency required levels of auto insurance and approved driver status.
(Hours are determined as needed as well as on an on-call basis.)

Central Intake Manager
Education: Graduation from an accredited graduate school with a Master’s degree in clinical social work, clinical psychology or related human service. Licensure: Must be license eligible in Florida as a LCSW, LMHC, and or LMFT. Experience: Understanding of the special problems and treatment of consumers with mild to severe mental illness. Primary responsibilities includes: Develops, implements and refines in-person intake process to ensure smooth, customer friendly access to care for individuals and families. Maintains and published department and interdepartmental procedures.

Customer Service Assistant
Education: High School Grad or GED Certificate Primary responsibilities include: Includes answering a multiline phone system and greeting and directing customers, as well as staff. Works with clinical staff to ensure that all client updates, treatment plan reviews, etc. are completed. Schedules appointments for clients, Furthermore, duties include responding to complaints, service issues and other general questions or concerns as appropriate. Filing, Performs all opening and closing procedures and use of a computer usually are necessary.

Family Case Manager
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four – year college or university with a degree in social work, family therapy, or closely related field. Experience: One year working with children with severe emotional problems. Must be able to assist families struggling with multiple stressors. Understanding of the special problems and treatment of consumers with mental illness and child welfare issues is essential. Understanding of community resources and social support development is required. Primary responsibilities include: Provides case management services that are culturally competent, solution focused, strength based, recovery oriented, and co-occurring capable as they are needed by program families. Must have personal automobile and meet agency required levels of auto insurance and approved driver status.(Bilingual professional preferred.)

Forensic FACT Team Therapist
Graduation from an accredited graduate school with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology or related human service, at least two years experience with individual with a severe and persistent mental illness. (License eligible within 3 months of assignment). Excellent clinical skills with a recovery orientation. As continuing case coordinator for a group of assigned clients, ensures that all continuing documentation are completed in the required time frame; including status letters to the court, outcomes, FARS treatment plan addendums and reviews and obtaining needed releases of information for clients hospitalizations, doctor’s visits, ect.

Healthy Families Advocate
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling (licensed preferred) Must be in the process of completing requirements for licensure in the field (LMHC, LCSW). One open position will provide services in the Clearwater area (Bilingual professional preferred) for this service area. Experience: Minimum of two years experience in the social or human service field, working with agencies/organizations within Pinellas County. Experience in training and staff development. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Must demonstrate an appreciation of and the ability to work with diverse populations. Ability to travel within the SCI service delivery area. Primary responsibilities include: This position will work in concert with Family Support Workers and Field Supervisors to provide in-home counseling to those high risk families who are assessed and referred for counseling after Healthy Families assessment. This position is also responsible for the development and provision of training for Family Support Workers in how to work with overburdened families; those defined as high risk for child abuse and neglect. Responsible for the development of community-based resources to which families are referred. (Bilingual professional preferred.)

Internship
Minimum Qualifications: Varies depending on Agency needs. Volunteers must meet requirements equivalent to that of staff in the same position. Must pass all background checks required by program and Agency.
Education: Must be attending an accredited institution. Major must fit within the services the Agency provides and help the needs of the Agency.
Experience: Experience with target population helpful but not required.

Manager, Forensic Service
Education: Graduation from an accredited graduate school with a Master’s degree in clinical social work, clinical psychology or related human service. Licensure: Must be license eligible and actively pursuing licensure or licensed pursuant. Experience: 3-5 years provision of clinical experience required. Clinical and administrative supervisory experience preferred. Primary responsibilities include: Oversees and directs the development of policies and procedures for assigned programs to ensure quality care and compliance with funder/payer and accreditation body. Supervises, is accessible to and provides direction to staff. Provides leadership and guidance to staff through appropriate utilization and implementation of the policies and procedures. Ensures the programs are operating according to funding, licensing and accreditation guidelines. Monitors documentation compliance with internal procedures, contract requirements, payer requirements, accrediting standards, and Florida Statutes and Administrative Rules.

Medical Assistant
High School Grad or GED Certificate required. Primary responsibilities include: Assists in the treatment of patients dealing with mental illness, measures vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height), and records information on patients' charts. May be required to draw and collect blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis. Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions; write legibly; file accurately and keep records. Must possess good organizational/clerical skills, ability to multi-task, excellent interpersonal skills.

Education: Graduation from an accredited medical school. Specialization in psychiatry Experience: Two years of clinical experience. Primary responsibilities include: Provides direct diagnostic assessment and evaluation. Checks medications, notes progress and condition of all clients under his/her care. Completes documentation in a timely manner, and includes all pertinent information relating to clients and their care. Board eligible.

RN- Psych Nurse
Minimum Qualifications: Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Florida. Psych Nurse needed to assist our Forensic FACT Team who is certified as a RN. The ideal candidate should have exp. working in a psychiatric setting and be familiar with psychiatric meds and be willing to drive between Pinellas and Hillsborough counties to provide in-home services to clients. These services include med management, injections, and other duties as assigned. approved driver status

Safe and Resilient Therapist (CAP Certification)
Graduation from an accredited graduate school with a Master’s degree in clinical social work, clinical psychology, mental health counseling or related human service field. Certification: The position does require a CAP certification, minimum Experience: Minimum of two years direct experience providing therapeutic interventions children and families and experience working with victim’s of domestic violence. Experience in crisis intervention, knowledge regarding the effects of violence on children, and evidenced based interventions, is desirable. This position provides assessment, therapeutic intervention and support to children and families that have experienced domestic violence. The services are provided in home, shelter or other community settings.

Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Licensure: LCSW; LMHC: Licensed or pursuing licensure. Primary responsibilities include: Provide sexual assault treatment services to children, their families and other adults and advocates on behalf of victims to ensure organizational excellence. Assists in development of violence prevention programs for youth and adults. Builds alliances and collaborations within the communities and schools served.
